Return Policy

Purchases are not eligible for refund.

Customers who purchase a live session can exchange for a different session if they notify us more than 48 hours prior to the start of the session. The customer will not be refunded, but instead will get access to the new session of customer’s choice. Customers may only change sessions one time.
